Product Description

Overview of Ozone Aging Tester

 1. The main part of the ozone generator is a silent discharge tube ozone generator (with features such as small noise and high purity) 4~20mA output control accuracy ±10%;
2. Electrode cooling method: air-cooled;
3. Ozone gas source: direct air;
4. The ozone detection probe is composed of imported British CT electrochemical sensors and shells, electronic circuit boards, and shielded wires;
5. Ozone detection probe output signal: 4~20mA;
6. Collection accuracy of ozone detection probe: ≤±5%F.S; Product use: The ozone aging test box is suitable for the aging and cracking test of non-metallic materials and rubber products, and the aging resistance of its products is tested in an ozone environment with a certain temperature.

 

Box material

1. The shell is processed and formed by high-quality A3 steel plate CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is treated with anti-static spraying, which is more smooth and beautiful;
2. The inner tank is made of high-quality SUS304 mirror stainless steel plate;
3. The insulation material is made of high-density glass fiber cotton, and the insulation thickness is 100mm;
4. The mixing system adopts a long-axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi-wing impeller resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation;
5. Double-layer high-temperature-resistant high-tensile sealing strips are used between the door and the box to ensure the tightness of the test area;
6. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels;
7. The observation window adopts multi-layer hollow tempered glass with a laminated conductive film on the inside;

1. The temperature and humidity meter adopts imported Korean TEMI-880 display, P.I.D microcomputer S.S.R temperature and humidity controller;
